Refund policy

At Plumastro, each product is a custom creation, designed based on the unique birth information of each customer. Due to this personalized nature, our products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part:

Damage or Production Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your book is damaged, contains a clear error (incorrect name, wrong date, illegible printing, etc.), or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@plumastro.com. Kindly include photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer either a free replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Our books are fully customized (content, cover, astrological data). The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been confirmed, except in the case of the errors or defects mentioned above.
