1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on www.plumastro.com.
By placing an order on the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
Plumastro offers:
- Personalized astrology books (“Astrobooks”), in print or digital format, created from information provided by the customer (name, date, time, and place of birth);
- Astrology-related merchandise, including clothing and accessories;
- Posters and visual artwork related to astrology and totem animals;
- Other artistic and decorative items connected to the astrology universe.
Personalized products (including Astrobooks and certain posters) are created specifically based on customer-provided information.
Images and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) or US dollars (USD), depending on your location, and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Plumastro reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
Customers select products and, where applicable, provide personalization details.
By completing checkout, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and accept these Terms.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify using accepted methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment providers.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.
6. Delivery
- Printed Astrobooks: printed on demand and shipped directly. Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks.
- Digital Astrobooks: delivered via email download link after processing.
- Merchandise and other items: shipped based on supplier and destination. Delivery times may vary.
Delivery times are estimates only. Plumastro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, production partners, customs, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Personalized products
Due to their custom nature, personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defect or error.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@plumastro.com with supporting photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-personalized products
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Products and content provided by Plumastro are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
- Astrological interpretations do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumastro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Any reliance placed on astrological interpretations
Some US states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, especially for personalized products.
Plumastro is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer input.
10. Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and, where applicable, US privacy laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer residing outside of France, including in the United States, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
